Mac Duggal Cocktail Dress
I'm absolutely in love with this neckline, and the sassy sequins are pretty fantastic too! Plus, it's sexy in a sophisticated way, mixing flirty with just the right amount of flashy! I'm not sure if it's just the dress, or the dress on that model in particular, but I'm getting a Katy Perry feel that I like :)
