Phoebe Couture Teal and Black Sheath Dress
This is a very "Jamie" dress. I know I could wear it to any cocktail party and be the only one wearing it. Plus, all of the compliments and "Who makes that?" inquiries never hurt. A friend introduced me to Phoebe Couture this week and her dresses are both affordable and very fashionable.
