Its a program that allows you to build custom workouts and mix your own soundtrack for your IPOD. You can sign up for a 10 day trial, but after that its $20 a mnth. You can download 2 workouts per day, its got some great reviews and backers like Mens Fitness and Self magazine. The trainers are hollywood trainers and teh idea sounds pretty cool to me. Enjoy
