Jajangmyeon
I love Jajangmyeon. I'm a noodle fiend so I can't get enough. It's a Korean Chinese dish. I haven't been able to find it at restaurants here in the States. In Seoul you can get it at Chinese restaurants. Noodles, covered in a savory dark brown sauce with nuggets of sauteed onions and potatoes in it. Mouth watering.
