Pottery Barn | Hundi Lantern
Although I hate to be as main stream as Pottery Barn and Crate&Barrel I find it hard to resist the clean, simple designs (although I find it very easy to resist the price tags). This pendant lantern gives light in all directions, making it good for small, potentially dark spaces. The iron and glass combo fits both modern and traditional spaces. The lantern also comes in some beautiful cut glass styles.

I would live a row of these down my dark hallway - to fill with brightly colored flowers, maybe freesia because they smell so darn good too.

This would be perfect for my herb garden (which I kill and have to completely replant every time I ever attempt to have an herb garden), to keep it safe from snails and other ground base... Plus it could help block a less than stellar view. Too bad I moved upstairs and no longer have an overhang area from which to suspend this.

I love the festive mood created whenever paper lanterns are strung around. Be they round, plain, patterned, it doesn't matter. I have a ton from Chinatown, but they're not wired with bulbs and are therefore relegated to mostly inside decorating schemes. Knowing me I'd be too lazy to bring them in and it would rain and they'd be ruined. Doesn't stop me from wanting them.
