Crown Prince Brisling Sardines in Olive Oil

Crown Prince Brisling Sardines in Olive Oil

Crown Prince Brisling Sardines are my favorite brand. I know sardines are not for everyone, but if you do like canned sardines and have not tried CP's Brislings in olive oil, I suggest you do so. Lightly smokey flavor, brislings are small w/a firm texture but are not fishy tasting. The olive oil ones taste better than the water or soy oil to me. Brislings are great on toast or Finn Crisps w/pesto sauce. Plus, sardines are super-healthy. As a cold-water fatty fish, they have a lot of omega-3 in them which is a natural anti-inflammatory and can help myriad parts of your body last longer and perform better. Sardines are also lower in heavy metals than most other types of fish and have a pretty high protein content. These canned sardines are also great to take on climbing trips. Small, compact, tasty. For some reason, sardines taste 1000x better when you are a few hundred feet off the deck.

I loved the way it made my hair look so much more full after JUST ONE USE. It actually did seem like my hair was stronger, after the first use. It is easy to use, and doesn't take hours until it is done..more like 20 minutes (depending on how long it takes you to apply the product as well). I am not an expert, and I used it with ease. The directions are direct and easy to read. ApHogee Two Step Protein Treatment restores and mends dull, lifeless hair. It improves the texture and tone of severely damaged hair. Step 1 puts protein back into the hair and bonds the cuticle, repairing it from the inside out, and protects it against future damage. Step 2 infuses moisture into the hair. It is also great to use just before you color to get a more desirable, even color effect. Pros: Hair is stronger, and conditions nails at the same time, if you use it with out gloves. Cons: liquid can drip on clothing, due to its thin state out of the bottle. I suggest you use it with your head held over the bathtub. In addition, it has a very strong smell, that may be undesirable (I use it anyway because I want strong, and beautiful hair). DETAILS: This unique treatment is formulated with magnesium and modified proteins which fuse into the hair with the application of heat. The result is that breakage is drastically reduced. ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment is a salon service product unlike any product available for at-home use. During the process, ApHogee treatment hardens into the hair, dramatic evidence that something special is occurring. For best results a hooded dryer is required. After rinsing and moisturizing with ApHogee Balancing Moisturizer, clients are astounded with the results. ApHogee Two-Step Protein Treatment can help improve other salon services as well. This remedial process is highly recommended for hair that: Is too weak or fine to take a perm or relaxer. (use the week PRIOR to service) Is over-bleached. Will not hold color. (use PRIOR to color application) Breaks when combed or brushed. Is mushy when wet and brittle after drying. 1oz (twin pak with Balancing Moisturizer) single size, 4 oz stylist size, 16 oz salon size

These Vitamix healthy whole wheat brownies are less than 100 calories and have 6 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein. With such impressive health food stats, you would expect these to taste like dust, but you would be missing out on delicious, moist, healthy and chocolatey brownies! Don't get me wrong, they're not the same as the real thing, but they are a delicious treat when you're on a diet.

OK, I know dried meat products are not for everyone and turkey jerky in particular can gross some people out. However, if you do have the good sense to have a palate that appreciates great dried meats, I HIGHLY recommend Snackmaster's free range turkey jerky. Hot & Spicy is my fav and my kids love teriyaki. Snackmasters uses super-high quality turkey and cuts it into slices (none of that weird "formed" meat that looks like it gets extruded from a machine). Turkey jerky is a great snack for athletes as it is high protein, has a lot of salt to replenish lost salts, is low in fat and cholestrol. And it is is liteweight and easily portable so it is ideal for multi-pitch climbs or mountain bike rides.

(I have tried robably 30 different brands since then.) Edensoy is organic, does not have loads of added sugar, and is high in anti-oxidant flavanoids and soy protein. Totally delicious and recommended was to go w/cereal, esepecially Kahi Puffs. If you don't like super-sweet drinks but do like a good creaminess and nutty flavor, definitely get some Edensoy Organic Plain.

Kotsubu Natto is one of my favorite brands of pre-made natto. I personally like to eat my natto plain and mixed w/a bit of ponzu sauce or on top of some steamed rice. I love Kotsubu Natto but my wife thinks it is vile. If you have never tried it and like to sample more unusual foods, I highly recommend natto. I think it is totally delicious. Additionally, it is rumored to have amazing health benefits such as being good for your heart and immune system, as well as being packed w/veggie protein. Live long and prosper thru natto!!!
