The holly and the ivy is one of my favorite Christmas songs. It always gets me in the Christmas mood. And while this fabric is just holly berries I still find it adorable. It's discreet enough that it doesn't scream Christmas at first glance, but Christmas-y enough that it has that Christmas staying power.

I hate to use lightweight pincushions! They jump around like a ball, turn upside down, needles fall out. Ever had a needle in the foot? I think this is far too nice to wear on a motorcycle, gawd forbid you fall down and get it all scuffed up. I love the diamond-shaped quilting though and it looks so chic.
