3.1 by Phillip Lim Sleeveless Ruffle Dress with Belt
So, I've been staring at this dress for about 15 minutes wondering if I should recommend this or not. I love it. The red is vibrant and makes me happy. Plus, I love the ruffles (because I'm a total girl like that) and high belt. What I love even more is that the dress is cotton. Oh, and it looks like it came from the Roaring 20s. I love the fashions from the Roaring 20s.
