Exercise Ball Base
This is a good idea to have because my stability ball is always rolling all over the place! The other day it rolled right in front of my front door and blocked me from getting in! So a base for the ball is essential :-)

A must have in any gym, and easy to keep in your home. I like the medium sized ones - big enough to do ab work on but not ridiculous to keep around in your house. Versatile and affordable.

This DVD looks hard core, in a good way! I love any kind of fitness bootcamp! I did one this past sumemr and it kicked me back into shape! This is a great tool to use with your stability ball at home.
