I'm not one to recommend many get fit quick schemes, and I am definitely not a dieter. I would much rather eat whatever I want, whenever I want and work it off as I must. Still, I found the Abs Diet plan intriguing. You know how it goes, a friend at work told me about a guy she knew who lost a lot of weight using the Abs Diet. Before I knew it a group of guys from work were doing it. When they each lost 20-30 pounds I was hooked. I picked up the Women's version of the book and read it from cover to cover. Everything in there is honest to goodness truth. no miracle work, no starving yourself, just applying principles you already know to your daily routine. I tried it for 2 weeks and lost 10 lbs (and 9 inches). THe plan is fairly simple and its was created by a Men's Health editor, the secret is to boost your metabolism and let your body do the work for you. I'm gonna give it a go again after New Years and thought maybe I could interest a few others to jump on the bandwagon with me. What do you say?
