Usually floral is just so Laura Ashley, but with the short length, sweetheart neckline, and too-cute bow-trimmed pockets, the flowers are almost… hip. I would dress this down with casual flats and simple stud earrings.

Vivienne Tam mixes structure with feminine and the result is sophisticated elegance. This dress is a bit fancy for day, but add a black coat and you will be perfect.
