MSR Hubba Hubba Fast & Light Tent
This is a great lightweight 3-season backpacking tent. With only 1 pole and some clips, it's fast to set up so you don't have to worry if there is an approaching storm. You can even leave the tent body at home to save weight and set it up as a canopy in the summer.

I've had one since 08. There's a 'build your own bag' option on the Timbuktu site and if you choose to add in a 'laptop' case option you'll never need a laptop bag again. It fits a ridiculous number of things and is still looking ... I've had one since 08. This is a beefy, easy to use belay device that does everything well. It Works just as well in the autoblock mode when you are doing longer routes as it does at your local sport crag.
