They travel anywhere in the world and use farmers fresh ingredients and artisan chefs. It totally makes me want to throw a private dinner party on a bluff if I had say, er, a couple thousand bucks to spare. In addition to doing a private event, they have a 2008 schedule you can sign up to attend. the 2007 one got booked fast and they have the itinerary online so you can view it, plus the menus! YUM.
