RUBI REY starts its journey in Palo Seco, Puerto Rico, where it’s made in small batches and mellowed in white oak for two to three years. A hand selection of these barrels is meticulously blended and slowly filtered drop by drop for ultimate clarity, culminating in a single precious barrel. The finished product?
