this nifty little pillow is good for when the doc says "elevate your legs" and when you need to relax your lower back (and who doesn't have sciatica, in these troubled times?) better than smushing a regular pillow or piling sweatshirts together. as an ex-dancer (duh), i recommend this highly.

The problem with many tables is that they don't invert all the way giving you the greatest benefit, but with many you don't feel secure hanging up side down like a bat. However, we love this table and have been using it for quite a while now. It even comes with a DVD that shows you the correct way to use it. I really like this table.
