You know, $200 is not a bad price for a box set of the entire series. Especially since it was on for a million years. However, in this recession, I'll have to hold off for now. This short lived prime time series was actually a good show. It was about two brothers who move to a town where really weird stuff happens. It was part thriller, part horror, part sci fi. In my house, The Electric Company was as much of a childrens' programming staple as Sesame Street. Here's a kids show that didn't talk down to kids and was full of character and substance.

In my opinion Jeremy Brett IS Sherlock Holmes. I just revisited this series which I haven't seen in over 20 years. Its soooooo good! I'm addicted and planning to buy this boxed set as a Christmas gift to myself.

Hey Dude used to come on like an hour before Are You Afraid of The Dark! It's a typical nickelodeon mini series! Great for kids, nothing too serious, nothing too dangerous.

Racial slurs, non-stop cursing, hot sexy men playing fire fighters, everybody sleeps with everybody, and its hard to tell the kids from the parents. My kind of... Examples include defending Shaggy and Scooby for marijuana possession and Boo Boo Bear from loitering in a national park. Each episode is less than 15 minutes long but incredibly hilarious. A must see!
