Sephora: DuWop Lash Lacquer: Mascara
I have been on a mascara “tear” lately trying a number of different formulations. I have to say, this was a very pleasant surprise that has proven to now be one of my favorites! I tried it in both the black and the black brown color (which is the color I prefer during the week). What I like about this mascara the most is that I can wear a little and have feathery lashes or I can build it and it doesn't get all clumpy or look overly done. I also felt that the shorter wand gave me a lot more control. The lacquer end did a great job of keeping the mascara on my lashes instead of under my eyes and it seemed to give them a lot more definition. Quite frankly, I am now absolutely in love with the top coat (also smells great –how unusual is that?)! I have short, sparse Asian lashes, and the top coat really made my eyes pop. Another plus is that this mascara came off very easily at the end of the day without any pulling or tugging. It seems I have finally found a mascara that is a deep black, holds a curl, and makes my lashes look SUPER long

I've never tried a Too Faced mascara before, but it seemed like this new tech/beauty hybrid was a great product to start with. The mascara cap includes two small but bright "spotlights" which autmatically turn on which you twist open the top. They allow you to apply the mascara in any location - even the dark, and still be able to see each and every lash. It's true this a great technology/beauty innovation - but it's not just a gimmick. The actual mascara formula was very impressive. The mascara is very black, thick and silky. I loved the way it applied on my lashes with no clumping. It gave me great length and a LOT of volume (it's more of a thickening formula than lengthening in my opinion). Even with several coats I got no clumping, and during the day there was no flaking or smudging. My lashes didn't feel hard or stiff, which is another plus in my book (it's such big pet peeve of mine!). Too Faced has really created an item worth the "buzz" - and it's also a perfect Holiday stocking stuffer for the beauty lover in your life!

I don't always wear a lot of make-up each day, but I always wear mascara when I leave the house!! This is the perfect way to find the perfect mascara.

Just saw this and I think I'm going to have to run to Sephora to get it so that I can use it in conjunction with Imju's regular Fiberwig mascara. Will let you know how well it goes

I am obsessed with this mascara. I bought a tube of it about a year ago and I haven't bought another type of mascara since. My lashes are naturally short, but with this stuff my lashes look longer and more feminine. It's well wor... I am obsessed with this mascara. Full, fully covered, very, very dark, that's how i like my eyelashes. This mascara is fantastic, the fly blue mascara is to die for too. Comes in brown and violet as well.
