The pointed end is my favorite part because it can be used to apply wet or dry products, and does better application job than most high-end shadow bushes I've used. The shadow brush on the other end is useful, but I usually just end up using the pointed end to dust eye shadow across my eyelids. It's just a magic brush, there is no other way to describe it.

I tend to be pretty lazy when it comes to eye makeup. These aqua cream tubs are easy to use and stays put ever after a long day of work and play. You can layer it on depending on how rich a color you want. I use Taupe 15.
