It's a simplification of the original Andre the Giant face, reworked into an iconic and sinister "Big Brother is watching you" type graphic, partly inspired by the art of propaganda such as Russian Constructivism. It's quite possibly the most heavily stickered and wheatpasted graphics in the history of street art. by Obey.
