McVities Milk Chocolate Digestives
My absolute favorite of the McVities' cookies- the milk chocolate digestives. Horrible name, that. "Digestives." But the taste? Oh my god, delicious. Here's the trick- dip them in a hot cup of tea juuuust long enough (maybe 2-3 seconds) to get the chocolate a bit melted but NOT long enough to make the cookie soggy or it will fall into the cup. Yep. It's an art form.

They've got a lot of crunch though! I like the fact that it's got 50 calories and 9 carbs less than the peanut as well. They make a simple, but most importantly, filling snack. One bag is enough for me, thank heavens. Try them out, I think you'll like them!

I love baking, specially cupcakes and this is by far the best cake mix i've ever used. It's nothing like what you'll find your local supermarket. I love the recipe i have from my mom, it makes lovely light & fluffy cakes everytime, but this mix is impossible! The batter is a deep velvety red and baked evenly and beautifully. The cupcakes were nothing short of perfect, rich and delicious with the most delicate taste of chocolate. The mix also comes with a recipe for cheesecake frosting which is attached to my fridge door. It's the perfect combination. And to top them off, this cupcake mix also comes with the signature confectioners’ red dots. The room was filled with sounds of ''mmmm''.
