I am gluten-allergic, and all Lara Bars are gluten free. The lemon bars are really awesome, but my favorites are the Ginger Snap and the Coconut. Lara Bars are not made with high fructose anything, and nothing you can't pronounce. The ingredients are things like dates, figs, coconut, cocoa, ginger, cherries, bananas -- you get the picture. They are all chewy, sweet and satisfying!

It's practically fat-free and it's way better than normal yogurt.
