Lara Bars are not made with high fructose anything, and nothing you can't pronounce. The ingredients are things like dates, figs, coconut, cocoa, ginger, cherries, bananas -- you get the picture. They are all chewy, sweet and satisfying!

They are light enough they don't make me feel like there is cememt mix in my stomach after I eat it. If you are going to go out for a long work-out or yoga session, a bowl of Kashi Puffs about 20-30 min beforehand can be a great way to get your energy up
