Superwash Merino Sock Yarn - Spooky
Having recently caught the knitting bug, I've been stocking my 'stash' like crazy! Yarn Pirate has so many lovely custom-dyed colorways, including this Halloween inspired 'Spooky'. I love all things Halloween, and found myself drooling over my keyboard upon the discovery of this silver, orange, and black mixture. I don't even know how to make socks yet, but I'll learn!! I've also recently seen a number of sock patterns adapted into fingerless gloves, lacey scarves, and baby booties, so I can't wait to get started! After all, you can never have too much yarrrrrrrn!

I admit, these look more like something that a cartoon character would wear than a real life person. However, they look so incredibly comfortable that I have to give the due respect. They're comfy knit in great heather.

To be honest, one of the reasons I've avoided sock patterns is that they seem so complex some times! I'm all about a program that can make it easier for me to knit (at least until I get the first couple pairs knit).

And this sock yarn means even if the socks are messy they'll still be comfortable and wearable for me.
