Bambu Sporks
I grew up summering at the shore; a trip to the beach without a picnic just feels incomplete. Why I love Sporks: the ingenious fork/spoon design biodegrades in 4-6 months.

A great way to minimalize a picnic or camping trip. The knife on the side of the fork worked on cooked chicken tenders, but I wouldn't go tougher than that. This is also available locally at big-box stores.
