Early American Floorcloths
These floorcloths are hand painted reproductions of what people in the colonies in the 18th century would use in their homes. Great for bathrooms, kitchens or in a large format underneath a dining table. Custom sizes, colors and patters are available. I have three already and am planning on getting another! They are coated with polyurethane so they can even be put outside!

I saw this stencil on a blog recently being used to paint a floor -- it's been haunting me for weeks. This large-scale pattern stencil can be used on floors, walls, ceilings and even large pieces of furniture. How dreamy!

Now THIS is a smart idea... beautiful birch tree stencils that are reusable and can be used to paint trees on just about anything... way smarter than a decal that you can only use once and can easily ruin just trying to put up!

This is really versatile and easy to use. Personalize everything with your own designs. It's great and isn't messy either. Perfect decorating clothing and accessories or fabrics around the home.

I've been looking all over for a wall decal to my liking that would be re-usable... No such luck as of yet! BUT, I've found this stencil - which of course, is re-usable - and I think that this tree design is quite nice! Might just... BUT, I've found this stencil - which of course, is re-usable - and I think that this tree design is quite nice! Might just order one fairly soon. One big advantage I find in a stencil is that you can make it any color you wish! In my case, I'd like it to be the same color as the accent wall (to be) of my living room (ground pepper)! :)

Stencils can range from large individual designs that are a piece of art, to patterns that can be extended to be wallpaper, to those dreaded borders. You can put intricate paisleys on your wall, or a lovely allium, or a flock of sparrows crossing the wall and ceiling. You can put a campy astronaut on your kid's wall if he or she dreams of space. You can put a border of barbed wire on your teen's wall if they are at a prickly age. There seems to be something for everyone here. The company is in the UK but ships worldwide.
