Hoooly crap... I wanna eat a whole jar of this stuff. It's sooo delicious. As a bonus, it's packed with 3g of fiber and 5g of protein per serving, plus it contains iron! Highly recommend!

However, I recently found Sunbutter, which is super good and offers up and additional gram of fiber, with 4 grams of fiber in just one serving (!), so needless to say, the old sunflower seed butter got the boot. Tip: Sunflower seeds are powerful antioxidants and anticarcinogens, and are even more heart healthy than hazelnuts, almonds, or pecans! The seeds are also known to protect against cholesterol. Eat 2 tablespoons of this stuff a day, and you'll have your healthy serving in! It is taking everything in me to not make a sunbutter and raspberry preserves sandwich right now. Sooo good. (Not that I need to even mention these other benefits, but this stuff packs em in. 7 grams of protein, 16 grams of GOOD fat, 27% dv/ Vitamin E, 25% dv/ Copper, 25% dv/ Magnesium, 10% dv/ Zinc, 8% dv/ Iron... I could go on...)
