Lastly, the formula isn't sticky or tacky and rubs right in like lotion leaving your skin soft, protected, and very lightly scented. In my opinion, it just feels "breathable" unlike other sunscreens I've tried.

For my face, I am very finicky about the texture, the smell, the staying power and also the convenience level of the packaging (must be travel/gym ready). This new Clarins sunscreen was a relief in a sea of sunscreen I have been testing for the last month or so. I love the little cylinder tube which is super portable. The formula itself is very lightweight and on the thin side, but so concentrated I didn’t need much to cover my face (so it is very long lasting). There is a light fragrance, which dissipated quickly. The lotion glided on my skin without a trace of stickiness, white cast, or oil. The finish was matte. I found that it was light enough to be layered over my favorite serum and under my liquid bronzer or tinted moisturizer that I tend to favor in the summer months. As a matter of fact, this is actually the perfect skin primer before makeup application. The lasting power was fantastic on days I was working, running around outside or actually sunning at the beach. I had no breakouts or irritation from the product and it didn’t run or melt on my skin. It also left my skin soft and moisturized without feeling oily, so on the weekends I would just wear this with a little mascara and lip color and I was good to go! This is a non-chemical sunscreen which many of you will also appreciate. It’s made from 100% minerals. Yes, this is another product that is indeed worth every penny and I will be stockpiling! Note: As an added bonus if you are like me and always around computer screens, Clarins has added protection against electromagnetic waves in this formula.

This Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch is fabulous! I recently used it everyday on a vacation to a very hot local and was very impressed. I only used it on my face. It went on smooth, didn’t make my face greasy or oily and absorbed immediately. It is AMAZING, it really is dry to the touch right after application, and didn’t cause any skin problems. I can apply makeup right on top almost immediately. I even noticed that my skin did not get such “middle of the day” oilies as usual – huge bonus! This will be my summer time staple. I looooove this line and very wallet friendly too!

This is a great sunscreen for mature skin that's been exposed to laser or plastic surgery. Even if you use non-invasive services such as Bo-Tox you need a sunscreen. This is paraben free and it blends into your skin.

Growing up, my mother always slathered herself in Hawaiian Tropic's Tanning Oil - it smells of summer to me - however, there is no way I can slather myself in tanning oil with no SPF - so this is a good compromise!

You can get back to work or use your iPod within a minute. I don't think it moisturizes as much as the more gooey lotions, but if you use this everyday (which is easy to do) expect perfectly soft skin.

Usually, after spending the day in the ocean water and sun and rinsing off repeatedly, my skin feels really parched, and having also gotten tanned skin, it can also feel a little rough to the touch. This is a super creamy soft cream that goes on and instantly soothes the skin and plumps up the little fine lines and any scaliness when I had some light peeling. It’s fairly rich, so it’s not going to be for those with oilier skins, but I was also impressed that with my on- and-off sensitive skin, that was never irritated. The cream leaves a slight sheen, but does not look too greasy. With a nice tan the sheen actually complimented my skin. Just remember that this is not a sun block, so this is for evening, before applying makeup for the night out or before going to bed.
