Egg Topper
I've never used an egg topper for my boiled eggs. I usually tap all around the top of the egg gently with a knife until it cracks enough to sort of saw off the top. It doesn't always work very well. But an egg topper is a handy gadget that will cut the top off the egg with precision. I think I need to get one.
