Monin Lychee Syrup
When I do indulge in a Lychee Martini at home, this is the syrup I use. It has a very delicate flavour and aroma. Just be careful how many you have as you may end up with a super hangover. It's the Vodka, don't blame the Lychee.

Fashion Week Daily recommends the Ol’ Lucy Blue Eyes cocktail from BLT Steak: Ingredients 1 oz. Stoli blueberry 1/4 oz. Lucid Absinthe 1/4 oz. simple syrup splash of lemon juice drizzle of Massenez Framboise ginger beer fresh blueberries Muddle fresh blueberries and add syrup, juice and vodka. Add ice and shake and pour into highball glass. Drizzle Framboise and top with ginger beer. Garnish with one sugar cube.
