Fourth of July Table Runner
This fourth of july table runner takes the traditional colors (red, white and blue) and the traditional patterns (stars and stripes) and manages to combine them in a way that is a bit more modern. It might be a simple patchwork runner, but I think it would definitely set the party mood.
This runner was made out of vintage hemp fabric intended for grain sacks but was never used. So now we have this lovely blue stripe runner.
Victoria Gertenbach of The Silly BooDilly says of her table runners: "This quilt was inspired by a personal increasing interest in Mid-Century design, and a desire to create items where beauty and function go hand in hand."
