Smile Plastics is committed to sourcing and developing innovative ideas and markets for recycled materials, concentrating on transforming plastics waste into multicoloured sheets. The picture shown here is a 3mm thick sheet made of coloured kids wellie boots ideal for table coverings, bar and bar-stool tops or even used as waterproof mats for bathrooms and kitchens. They also have sheets made from old mobiles plastic cases, CDs crushed and dispersed in a pale blue transparent polycarbonate material recycled from blue, cold water drinks containers, and other recycled objects transformed into sheets for various uses.

When I have a smaller gathering or am using the cosmo bowl, I think that this two tiered server would do wonderfully for cupcakes. No reason to overwhelm people if you just have a small amount to display. I like how it looks lik... I made the best cupcakes last weekend, they were chocolate peanut butter with reese pieces. When it came time to display them I ended up stacking them on a square plate which meant by the time they got to work they were not as cu... I love this cupcake server, it would solver my problems and let me display cupcakes in a way they deserve, prettily, elegantly, vertically.

I was immediately struck by the simplicity and what a darn good idea it actually is to recover waste material and use it to build pieces that are stunningly attractive. I found their pieces to be extremely strong and practical. The weight of the piece might be a drawback for some folks, these are solid, heavy pieces of furniture.
