I'm not embarrassed to say that I bought this skirt for myself. A size XL (14-16) fits just fine as I'm a size 4. The Liberty of London for Target collection is adorable, unfortunately much of it is priced a bit high. The girls... I'm not embarrassed to say that I bought this skirt for myself. The girls' selection has some more affordable pieces including this skirt which has a really great print and blue tulle lining the inside of the skirt.

The possibilities are endless! I also own it in black, and plan on buying the white. My only complaint is I wish it came in more colors. UPDATE: bought it in pink! love it!

I really like this skirt because of its light layers and delicate details. The buttons down the front are big and fabric covered. Very cute and can go with all sorts of things all year round.
