Grado SR80 Headphones

Grado SR80 Headphones

I've had these headphones for almost 3 years. They are phenomenal for the price. I put these on for some late nite 'pod listening. These are really meant for "stay at home" music listening. The cord is generously long (almost too long for portable use) and the build quality of these phones are solid. Even better, listen to CD's, vinyl or non-compressed digital music and you'll hear the true quality of these babies. The bass is hard hitting and the highs are crystal clear. The old school design is great too. Best headphones you can buy for the price.

  • I love my biscuits, I love my tea this is the perfect combination! Love it!

  • They're gnomes - but not as we know them!! I almost wouldn't want to put them outside but they look great nestled amongst foliage!

I'm trying very, very hard to justify paying for this as a "decor" item for my guest bedroom's bath. Very hard. Makes me laugh. From the site: With these deeply ironic scales you get to compare your weight with the likes of Fozzie Bear, Mr Ed (yes, the talking horse!), Donald Trump's Combover and even the Baby Jesus. Just think, with the Celebrity Weighing Scales in the bathroom you'll be itching to step aboard, not dreading the prospect. After all numbers are so final, aren't they?

Spring has arrived, and aren't you glad you don't have to suffer from any lack of sunshine? At least I hope you don't. Ubergizmo came across the very mobile Feel Bright Light, a device that attaches to your hat to shine some light onto your face until it chases your blues away. You wear it for 30 minutes, three times a day and you don't even have to stay chained to your desk while you get some daily light therapy. Although, you probably should be. Otherwise, you might forget your wearing and walk out the door. We hope the $199 pricetag will put you off, but if it doesn't, then you probably are in some desperate need of some kind of therapy.

If you don't have that much of an emotional attachment to your CD and DVD jewel cases, you can always remove their content and index them into the BlueDot Divita BDM-100S storage tower. This high-end CD and DVD storage system can hold up to a hundred discs and accessed via the high resolution 1.6" color TFT display and number pad. The only problem would be indexing each disc - you will have to manually enter the information via the number pad one by one before reaping the benefits of such a system. You can choose from three colors - silver, silver, and silver. Those who are interested in the BlueDot Divita BDM-100S will have to part with $489 of their hard earned cash in exchange for a comprehensive disc storage system that saves a whole lot of space in your home. This will definitely come in handy for those who live in already crammed apartments and need every square inch possible.

I've been trying to get better at organizing my cable mess, so recently I bought a beautiful black box from The Container Store and hid all my power strips along with cables in it. The cables come out on one end to plug to my computer, and only two cables go out of the box to plug into the wall. It's better than having a small mess of roll-up cables on one corner. My next project is going to focus on labeling cables. I currently have all those extra cables in a box, and it gets confusing trying to figure out what cable belongs to what gadget. I've been looking for an easy way to label those wires, and I'm glad I found the ID Pilot Wire Identification Labels. Three types of sticky labels are available (Office, Electronics, and Household) so you don't ever have to wonder what cable goes to what. At $6 a package, these ID labels are a great buy.

I’ve been in the market for an MP3 player and the Archos 704 WiFi has definitely caught my eye. This multimedia player allows you to watch or stream video from your PC to your Archos, surf the web, record your favorite TV show or movie, view standard video formats in full DVD resolution, transfer photos directly from your digital camera, or browse and play music. It comes with a 7-inch touch screen in either 40 or 80 GB capacity. You can surf the web with the 802.11g WiFi connection. The tech specs boast a battery life of 25 hours for music playback or 5.5 hours of video playback. With the optimal DVR travel adapter or DVR station it has a stereo line-in for audio recording. I have been looking for a way to transfer my old LP’s onto CD’s and wonder if I could use this device as well (although I suspect they did not have that in mind when they designed it!). The Archos 704 is available for $549.99 with pre-order only and a product ship date of March 22. Visit www.archos.com for more detailed information

Do you know of couples at the workplace who often compete with other couples as to who is the most compatible? I personally get sick when I see plenty of PDAs going around (Public Displays of Affection for the clueless), so I decided that there has to be a gadget that puts all arguments to rest by quantifying the amount of love a person has for the other and vice versa. After scouring through the Net, I managed to come up with this gem of a device called the Love Tester. Featuring male and female touch pads on both ends, this device requires a couple to join hands romantically, watching the final result being displayed on the love meter. There will be ten LEDs of different color to denote a scale, where green denotes you both are dead fish, while yellow is intermediate and red indicates the romance is still fizzing away. Visual cues are not the only indicator, as the Love Tester includes an audible alarm that corresponds to the current "love level". Powered by a single 9V battery, the $16.95 Love Tester is guaranteed to be a hoot whenever you pull it out, whether it is at the office or in a social setting.

Ever had way too much housework to handle, that you sometimes wish that husband of yours would actually help out with stuff like vacuuming? Although Valentine's Day is over, it is not too late to bug him to pick up this Spy-Cye Robot for you, as it will definitely be a welcome addition to the family. What does this robot do for your house exactly, you ask? For starters, it is smart enough to perform tasks such as delivering the mail as well as serve tea and biscuits to guests. Heck, I suspect men will help out their wives more at home if given the chance to do so with a little help from technology. This is where the Spy-Cye Robot comes in handy, since it is remotely controlled from a computer. Your man can now vacuum the house (yes, the Spy-Cye even vacuums!) from the comfort of his La-z-Boy lounge chair without missing major parts of the big game on TV. All you need to do is
