what kind of asian doesn't like rice? this kind of asian. however, how could i not eat purple jasmine rice?

His recipes are not just easy to follow, but they are delicious. I recently made his Thai Spiced Prawns and Curried Quinoa dishes for my Dad's birthday. The meal didn't take long to prepare, and it was a huge hit! No one even knew they were eating some of the healthiest foods under the sun! I highly recommend this book for any health minded cooks, parents, and dinner hosts out there! Worth mentioning also- Dr. Bowden included a section in his book with vegeterian and vegan meals, and in many recipes he will provide a vegeterian or vegan alternative.

  • Sriracha really delivers! Its hot and has a slight vinegar taste which I love. I use this hot sauce whenever I'm cooking any east asian cuisine. Coconut curry soup, wonton sauce etc. Absolutely delicious!

Look for it in the asian section of your supermarket - it is packaged in an envelope. I can often find ithis with other "taste of thai" products in my grocery store, but when I can't I just order a dozen packs online. It really is that good. Just add coconut milk, chicken or vegetable broth, and a protein of your choice (tofu, chicken, shrimp, etc). Serve with rice for a delicious meal.
