I'm not quite ambitious enough to make Fried Chicken at home from scratch, so Thomas Keller's Kit to recreate the award-winning Fried Chicken he serves at his Napa restaurant Ad Hoc is probably going to do it. Ok, let's be real here, I'm not really ambitious enough to even use a kit either, but I'm sure I can find someone who can manage all the steps: brining, battering, and of course, frying.
