Against my better feelings, I feel I must recommend this, if only to further my fascination with the wondrous things our society can produce. This would make a great gift for that certain type of person who likes these types of things (know what I mean??) I just feel bad for the fish - can you imagine? I have a feeling I shouldn't have said exactly that. But it's too late now. I'm not gonna change what I've said. A dual flush toilet has different flushes for "number one" and "number two." So you use a different amount of water for each flush. And you save as much as 67 percent of water usage. And that's cool.
