Sun dried tomatoes have such a great flavor and this is a way to have them all year round. This sweet flavor really compliments a lot of foods well - I particularly like this on crusty bread with a strong cheese. Also, how awe... This works great as a dip - I really like it with bagel chips (for when I don't want to toast bread (lazy, I know). Obviously it works really well as a traditional bruschetta topping. I like it with a little salt.
