Tony Bowls Pageant Dress
When you're at an event that requires a dress of this caliber, go all out. There's only a few times that we're able to wear a truly spectacular dress, and I'm not one to blend in with the wall. This dress is so beautiful - the lace detail is supreme quality, and the sash gives it a dramatic burst of color.
