Most people hate it when their favourite brands take a trend a step too far- I, on the other hand, love it. I practically burst out laughing to see this super cute bat shaped purse new(-ish) at Topshop. I find it funny and fabulous at once, which, although not the tough, crime-fighting aesthetic that was depicted by Christian Bale earlier this year, is still a pretty damn good result. I predict it will appeal to goth girls, geeks and me, who is (of course) not a person of either distinction.
