I really like this color. It looks so amazing as a smoky eye color with my skin tone and eye color! It is a cobalt blue in the pan but has a purple shimmer and just a touch of gray to it when placed on the eyelid. I used it as a liner as well for a twist on the usual black. The texture is very fine milled and silky it feels like a cream going on and the colors blend beautifully. It's not a dull or murky purple, because it is brightened by the blueness. Simply gorgeous and unique like many of Devitt’s colors!
