Antique Reclaimed DEPRESSION GLASS EARRINGS

Antique Reclaimed DEPRESSION GLASS EARRINGS

This is a very special piece of jewelry to own. They are handmade in Pennsylvania by artist Laura Bergman out of remnants from the pastel glass dishes produced in massive quantities during the 1930s. It is now known as Depression Glass, and is salvaged from dumps in Pennsylvania's Amish country, which helps the environment and wildlife. The pink glass is from vintage cake plates while the green is from vintage cookie jars, and each is finished with a sterling silver wire. These are so cute and could go with just about any outfit. A great gift to give, too, because they have such a great story! A matching necklace is also available to complete the set!
