I think he practiced some sort of therapy where he made his patients feel like his anxiety must be a thousand times worse than theirs and so they felt better. It was unbelievable! This is a very reasonably priced, high interest and interactive piece of desk "flair," though it does provide opportunity for some awkward visuals time if left in the hands of the wrong coworker!
