These are cute and come in navy blue as well. Since there is a peep aspect to it, I can see them being worn with colored tights.

These are a lot like the Western boots U.O. sold (and I bought) a couple of years ago... just much less "Western" and much more sturdy. They're cute and simple and totally the epitome of my everyday fall/winter look.
