I've never gone back to eggrolls after eating these delicious Spring Rolls. They're light and fresh. Usually filled with raw sliced cucumber, carrots, sprouts, cilantro and shrimp.

I happen to like V8, in small doses. This juice is awesome. I love carrot juice, and the mango and peach really hit the spot.
