"premium" and "fancy" are just marketing terms. (also, you can use brown rice for sushi, but it's harder to handle because the grains don't stick together as well, making it more difficult to roll or shape.)

This rice cooker couldn't be simpler to use or to clean. It keeps rice warm without allowing it to dry out. It can be used for all kinds of rice, even brown and sticky rice. Be sure no one uses metal utensils on the inside liner because it scratches easily.
