A friend of mine roast a chicken in this and it was AMAZING! Le Creuset's products are ideal for slow cooking and baking. Can't go wrong with cast iron like grandma use to do.

I'm going to try to hold myself back though because I plan on baking these on Valentine's Day for my husband (On top of the goodies I already have planned!) because what could be more perfect than RED velvet! If you're hosting or baking for Valentine's Day I know these would be a hit.

Mmm. This is amazing. Put this pizza grill on your grill and you can have delicious grilled pizza. Also great for making quesadillas. Brick oven style pizza at home? Yes please.
