Affineur Cheese Collection
I love cheese and cheese courses, but I have no clue how to put together a good cheese course. A cheese course is the perfect cap to a New Years Eve party, you have plenty of time to savor the cheese as you wait for the New Year to arrive. Thankfully for me, I don't have to worry about putting together a bad cheese course! This set handles everything for me, there is chaourse, bianco sardo, valdeon, affidelice and bonne bouche. They'd even included the honey and crackers!

I'm going to try to hold myself back though because I plan on baking these on Valentine's Day for my husband (On top of the goodies I already have planned!) because what could be more perfect than RED velvet! If you're hosting or baking for Valentine's Day I know these would be a hit.
