I prepare the apples for my signature âChristmas In A Jarâ¢â apple butter. Infuse tomato sauce with the flavors of garlic and oregano before I cook them. It can take the place of a mortar and pestle in some cases when you want to get the most out of the flavors you are trying to layer in a sauce.

I love this poacher. It's so easy to use, and makes really good poached eggs. It's so easy to use, and makes really good poached eggs. You put some water in the bottom of the pan, crack one egg into each holder, and wait for your desired consistency to be reached. I usually pop some sourdough wheat toast in the toaster while the are poaching, spread some butter on top, and add some sliced tomatoes and fresh cracked pepper. A divine breakfast in your own home! Great gift for any avid egg eater, as well.
