I love plaid and kilts and plaid kilts. This skirt reminds me of all three, but the horizontal stripes make this more modern and more wearable. Add a sequined tee and its ready to party. Although the price reflects the exquisite tailoring, I like to think of it in terms of dollar per winter wear.
