Verner Panton Rug
In the last ten years, many designs by the extraordinarily inventive and productive Danish innovator Verner Panton, who introduced the Pop aesthetic to interior design, have been brought back into production. Panton's textiles generally exhibit a preference for intense colors and dynamic symmetry. With its stark palette and fluid geometry, this black-edged wool carpet (200 by 150 centimeters) is in some sense a departure, but a welcoming one indeed.
From Oooms, a carpet that incorporates 'roadkill', complete with blood. 100% wool and handmade.
Damask done gone BIG. Nice. The Marie rug Deep black pile is carved with white scrolls for a graceful, modern take on elaborate French design. 100% wool with cotton backing.
Jonathan Adler's latest rug collection, marrakesh, come in four various patterns and colors. As well as various sizes. All are 100% hand-tufted new zealand wool.
